Joico K-Pak Professional Cuticle Sealer- this double-action pH neutralizer and cuticle sealer is an acidifier that smoothes and tightens the cuticle- and locks in curl and color. The low pH formula reduces hair swelling caused by chemical services- such as tinting- lightening- straightening and perming. It deactivates and removes ammonia and peroxide residues while eliminating perm odors. How To Use: After shampooing with K-Pak Clarify Shampoo- rinse and towel-blot hair. Distribute a small amount of Cuticle Sealer throughout the hair and leave on for 5 minutes. Rinse and towel-blot excess moisture from hair prior to apply K-Pak Reconstruct Deep Penetrating Reconstructor.
