The ChromaSilk HI LIFTS Collection provides 4 levels of lift and are designed to counteract- or work with the underlying pigment in natural levels 6-9. Cool Violet is designed to offer more toning capabilities on any level while lifting. Benefits: Lift (up to four levels)- neutralize- and tone without the use of bleach. With a 3oz tube of ChromaSilk Creme Hair color and a mixing ratio of 1:1.5- you gain 7.5 oz of working product. Gentle and effective bleach-free solution to blondes. How To Use: In a non-metallic bowl- mix one-part HI LIFTS with 1.5 parts creme developer 30-40V (1: 1 1/2) and apply color. Process with no heat for up to 45 minutes.
