For extra cool results, we recommend a unique blend of lightening and matte toning pigments. We recommend using pure or mixed with other Blondor products for lightening techniques. It is ideal for lightening darker bases at level 4 and 8, and should be used as a cool tonal booster with the rest of the Blondor range. Use Blondor Seal & Care after Extra Cool Blonde to condition hair and seal in special dyes.
